We do onsite grilling and catering
for your wedding or special event.

Our menu can be customized to accommodate your taste. We grill at the event location with Mesquite Charcoal which gives the food a distinct and delicious flavor. Our food is freshly served using top quality meats, vegetables, fruits, and breads. Experienced professional staff are on site at the location.
Cake cutting and toasting are included
in the price at no additional charge.

Glenn started catering and event coordinating over 19 years ago by helping various
non-profit and fellowship organizations. His business was established in 1998 while living in Bellflower. Later, Glenn and the business was relocated to to the mountains in 2003. Based in the Lake Arrowhead region of the San Bernardino Mountains, an unique destination wedding spot, we cater and service all of the San Bernardino Mountains, the Inland Empire, and Southern California.

Glenn considers himself an artist. With over 19 years cooking and grilling experience along with access to thousands of domestic and international recipes, Glenn loves to create food that is unique, different, and delicious.
